Personalized Exercise Therapy Services
Individualized movement therapy designed to support mobility, confidence, strength, balance, and continued progress for individuals living with neurological, neuromuscular, and mobility-related conditions.
Our Philosophy
We believe intentional movement, consistency, and mind-body connection have the power to transform recovery. Movement is medicine.
Our Movement Approach
01
Functional Movement Training
Focused on improving strength and coordination for everyday movements like standing, reaching, walking, and transferring—helping clients move more efficiently and independently in daily life.
May Help Support
- Activities of daily living
- Safer movement patterns
- Strength and endurance
- Decrease fall risk
- Confidence in movement
- Continue independence
Sessions May Include
- Sit to stand training
- Reaching patterns
- Multidirectional movement
- Safe floor mobility training
- Balance and mobility activities
02
Gait and Balance Training
Designed to improve walking ability, balance, and weight-bearing through guided movement patterns, support, and repetition to build confidence and mobility.
May Help Support
- Balance and stability
- Fall risk reduction
- Endurance and activity tolerance
- Confidence in movement
Sessions May Include
- Gait pattern training
- Balance drills
- Weight shifting activities
- Working on different surfaces
- Stair mobility training
03
Neuromuscular Reeducation
This therapeutic technique aims to restore movement and coordination in people who have experienced an injury or condition that affects their muscles and nerves. This therapy focuses on retraining the brain and muscles to work together, improving motor control, balance, and overall mobility.
May Help Support
- Balance and postural control
- Reduction in muscle tone
- Functional movement patterns
- Motor relearning and movement awareness
- Neuroplasticity-informed movement progression
- Confidence during movement
Sessions May Include
- Guided movement patterns
- Repetitive movement training
- Task-specific movement practice
- Balance and coordination activities
04
MOTOmed Movement Therapy
Arms or legs movement therapy is suitable for individuals at all functional levels and can be performed while seated in a wheelchair or chair.
May Help Support
- Strength and muscular endurance
- Regulation of muscle tone
- Facilitate early mobilization
- Reduction in muscle stiffness
- Circulation and mobility
- Neuromuscular reeducation
Sessions May Include
- Passive motor-assisted movement
- Assisted movement training with motor support
- Active resistance-based cycling
- Lower and upper extremity movement training
- Endurance-focused movement sessions
05
Vibration Therapy
A movement platform that creates vibrations to stimulate muscle activity, balance, circulation, and body awareness.
May Help Support
- Blood circulation
- Reduction in muscle tone
- Reduction in muscle spasticity
- Sensory awareness
- Balance
Sessions May Include
- Tone and spasticity management techniques
- Balance and postural activities
- weight shifting and stability activities
06
Range of Motion
Guided active and passive movement techniques designed to support joint mobility, flexibility, movement quality, and overall functional mobility.
May Help Support
- Joint mobility and flexibility
- Circulation
- Reduction of muscle stiffness
- Neuromuscular movement awareness
Sessions May Include
- Active range of motion
- Passive range of motion
- Functional movement patterns
07
Adaptive Sports Training
Focused on improving sport performance, movement efficiency, endurance, and confidence through individualized sport-specific training and movement strategies.
May Help Support
- Sports-specific strength and endurance
- Cardiovascular conditioning
- Agility and reaction time

Sessions May Include
- Agility and directional movement work
- Sport-specific drills and conditioning
- Cardiovascular endurance training
- Game situation and reaction-based training
- Functional strength exercises
08
Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS)
Electrical Muscle Stimulation uses controlled electrical impulses to activate muscles and support movement training. EMS may be incorporated into sessions to assist with muscle activation, improve movement awareness, support circulation, and complement strength and mobility-focused activities.
May Help Support
- Muscle activation
- Circulation and blood flow
- Improved tolerance to exercises
- Movement awareness and neuromuscular engagement
Sessions May Include
- Placement of electrical stimulation pads on targeted muscle groups
- Functional movement and task-specific training
- Guided muscle activation during functional movements
- Electrical stimulation pads combined with strengthening exercises
